Welcome to the Field Career Path tool!  Each level below indicates a grouping of current positions at Field that are generally within a similar scope of responsibility and a similar range of compensation.  As you move up in levels, each level change would likely be a promotional opportunity depending on the specific change in position.  The order of positions within each level is random and does not have significance.  You can click on Quick Details to see a snapshot of what the position is about, and you can also click on the position title to see the full job description and skills and experience needed.  To plot a career path, start with your current role and select next-level position(s) that interest you.  You can then click on Save Selection to download a file of your path to review and discuss further with your leader.
