This position requires a passionate, creative, and results-driven team player to work full-time with our Sales and Marketing Team. This position will work as a conduit between the outside marketing agency and the internal Field team to improve our ability to generate leads, nurture them through the sales process, and ultimately improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales process. This role will emphasize Field’s unique capabilities and value proposition, as well as Field’s track record for successfully reducing our customers’ cost year over year. Providing meaningful information that captures the value we bring our customers and showcases this to customers/prospects, potential hires, and current or prospective suppliers will be critical. This position will also have direct leadership responsibility for the NCAT team members.
Essential Functions:
- Commit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.
- Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated B2B demand generation campaigns (outbound and inbound) that deliver a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
- Expand Field’s brand awareness in targeted geographies and industry verticals to help best represent Field in the marketplace, through effective differentiation and compelling content focused on our value proposition and culture as a competitive advantage.
- Provide daily leadership to the NCAT team members including goal/expectation setting, monitoring performance, providing coaching and feedback, offering training and development, and assisting with projects as needed.
- Create & refine meaningful/impactful content, including success stories, customer proposals, quarterly business reviews, print material, email blasts, press releases or articles, news/company/product updates, direct mailings, cultural and community involvement, etc to be disseminated to:
- Contact database (prospects & customers)
- Social Media
- Website – Smarter Fastening Blogs, News Updates, New Web pages, Industry verticals
- Drip Campaigns for prospects and customers – content calendar
- Ensure customers see and can quantify the value add we supply them and the impact we have on their business. We need to make sure we get “credit” for all the good things we do for customers and share information that is easy to understand and aligns with our value proposition.
- Manage customer insights by using the Net Promoter Score, including aligning data and insights across internal and external survey sources, leading goal setting, and managing new customer satisfaction programs for growing markets with partners.
- Drive increased lead generation efforts deploying NCAT resources (new customer acquisition team), and collaborating with the sales team and organization to attract potential customers and retain existing ones.
- Implement customized prospecting strategies within assigned territories or industries that create significant opportunities / leads for Field and continue our rapid growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team and sales leadership with the development of necessary dashboard metrics and reporting to drive results and accountability.
- Provide necessary sales support and collateral ensuring the information we share with customers and prospects align to our brand. Demonstrate a passion for excellence.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- Four years experience in a marketing role.
- Polite and professional manner.
- Work well in a fast paced, team environment.
- Effectively prioritize work and manage time to align to strategic objectives.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize projects with accountability to deadlines.
- Display a proactive and innovative approach to marketing and lead generation.
- Display business acumen, creative thinking, and problem solving skills.
- Comfortable engaging with internal and external customers

- Effective creation of presentations, generation of reports, and the conducting of market research.
- Possess a high degree of “tech savvy” in order to provide a digitally focused emphasis on marketing.
