Develops implementation plans and standards and/or leads the planning and implementation for one or more critical improvement processes. Provides training and qualifies resources. Helps develop, deploy, and train FIELD Continuous Improvement tools and processes. Tracks implementation and resources.
Essential Functions:
- Commit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.
- Analyze and assess current processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Meeting with stakeholders at different levels to identify areas of innovation and growth.
- Identifying innovation trends and business opportunities within the market, make appropriate recommendations.
- Implement cost reduction initiatives that improve quality, efficiency, and overall profitability.
- Lead and assist cross-functional teams with continuous improvement projects.
- Utilize data analytics and other tools to drive data-based decision making.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
- Provide monthly report outs and presentations on project status and improvement results to senior management.
- Developing, strategizing, and planning new interventions that will drive innovation.
- Engaging with internal stakeholders to enhance innovative thinking around the company.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree: Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Polite and professional manner.
