This position resides on the Implementation team and is heavily involved in coordinating activities for new customer onboarding. This role will coordinate project activities to ensure each implementation is on schedule. The focus is to provide administrative and logistical support including meeting arrangement, progress tracking, initiating follow-up communications, and maintaining needed documentation. This role requires a high level of organization and self-driven independent focus. Expertise in one or more data management programs such as Excel is required.
Essential Functions:
- Commit to FIELD’s Mission Statement, Core Values, and Fieldamentals.
- Manage large amounts of data for multiple projects determining inputs and outputs for other team members daily.
- Utilize solution-based approach in pushing project forward.
- Manage data, information, and correspondence regarding new customer requirements.
- Manage upload creation of parts in business system, ensuring all data in regards to critical notes, technical documentation links, and nomenclature are followed.
- Manage transfer of implementation info data from QStrat to PFEP.
- Participate in and assist with various projects within Supply Chain as requested.
- Complete various supply chain management duties to include, but not limited to, purchasing, order entry, expediting, and supply chain data analysis.
- Setup internal/external meetings for implementation projects with Field team and customer contacts.
- Present meeting agenda to those involved and take action to keep meeting on track and organized.
- Actively attend implementation meetings, take meeting notes, identify action items.
- Organize high levels of information and provide data in various formats as requested.
- Maintain active project Action Plans and coordinate with those tasked with completion of action items.
- Identify gaps in project task completions and follow up both internally and externally, to ensure completion of designated tasks.
- Analyze and manipulate customer/supplier data to prepare reports.
- Prepare various Excel reports to share with the team for further analysis.
- Review Plan for Every Part info daily for any changes, discrepancies, or other items that need updating and work with those on the project to confirm or correct items.
- Continued work on implementation process improvements.
- Act as a backup for imports, queries, and any other tasks as assigned.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Polite and professional manner.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related role.
- Prior experience in project management and/or administrative support required.
- Ability to lead customer/implementation meetings as an alternate when needed.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, team-based environment.
- Microsoft Office suite with strong emphasis on Excel.
- Intermediate level Excel skills required with ability to create pivot tables, basic to intermediate formulas, vlookup/xlookup, and graphs creation.
- A fundamental understanding of project management techniques.
- Experience successfully managing multiple projects, changing priorities, and tracking project status at all times.
- Capable of strategically analyzing and interpreting data, coupled with chart development abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction at times.
- Ability to push projects and tasks forward in a professional manner.
- Strong communication skills to interact with internal and external customers.
- Strong time management skills and detail orientation.
- Highly motivated and well organized.
- College degree in business, supply chain, Engineering, Quality, or related field; relevant experience equal to a four-year degree will be considered.
- Prior experience in planning, account management, purchasing, or data analysis preferred.
- Working knowledge of P21 extremely helpful.
- Experience creating and maintaining Gannt charts preferred.
