We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Team Member to work full-time on our Quality Team. This Team Member will work closely with our Quality Assurance Team Leader and our engineers to perform product inspections, make approval decisions, complete required testing, returns, and audits. The qualified candidate is self-motivated, organized, detail oriented, a problem solver and possesses mechanical aptitude as well as the ability to work with limited direct supervision. Experience in the inspection of fasteners is strongly desired with this position.
Essential Functions:

- Ability to take charge of an inspection laboratory environment with organizational skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Education, Skills and Experience Required:
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Polite and professional manner.
- Possess an understanding of fastener industry specifications.
- Gauge control knowledge.
- Experience with Blueprint Reading.
- Self-motivated, organized, detail oriented.
- Able to solve problems independently.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to work with interruptions and then able to re-engage the former project.
- Ability to work with limited direct supervision.
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities.
- A desire to be a positive contributor in a team-based environment.
- Willing and able to learn new concepts and procedures in a short period of time.
Additional Skills Preferred:
- ISO9001:2008 and/or ISO9001:2015 understanding.
- Experience in the inspection of fasteners is strongly desired with this position.
- Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) understanding.
- Post-high school education and/or technical training.
